Multi appointment and party bookings will require a 50% deposit. This deposit will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the appointments. Failure to show for appointment within our cancellation policy will result in full charge. 24 hours notice is required for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, including bookings made using a voucher. 100% charge if cancelled on the day of booking.
