Spa Duo Package reservations must be made by calling 01463 257160 where our team will coordinate the day for you. We will require a 50% deposit to secure for spa day bookings with the remaining balance will be taken on arrival to the spa. This deposit will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the appointment. For any dining element of the day, we will request a pre-order from you. Failure to show for an appointment within our cancellation policy will result in full charge.

To book a spa day or to redeem a gift voucher, please call 01463 257160 and our team will assist you. All other reservations can be made online and are subject to the below terms.

Full payment will be taken online at the time of reservation. Cancellations can be requested free of charge, up until 24 hours prior to the treatment time. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours' notice and failure to show for treatment will result in a full cancellation fee.
