Terms and Conditions

In order to create the perfect environment and be considerate to all our clients, the following guidelines are intended to ensure your visit runs smoothly:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to fill out any consultation forms that may be needed.
  • Full payment is required at time of reservation. Cancellations are free of charge up until 24 hours prior to arrival. Failure to show for appointment will result in no refund.
  • Multi appointments and party or spa day bookings are required to book by telephone and will require a 50% deposit. This deposit will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the appointment. Failure to show for appointment within our cancellation policy will result in full charge.

To provide you with the highest level of care we request you contact us before reservation if you have any contraindications. This includes if you have undergone recent surgery within the last year, are undergoing cancer treatment, recent treatment or on any medications related to this, or suffering from a heart condition, blood disorder or disease. If you wish to proceed, we will request doctor confirmation that it is safe to proceed. Otherwise, the above will impact our ability to carry out your treatments.
