Reflexology is a gentle therapeutic foot treatment involving the practise of massaging and applying pressure to parts of the feet, the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body and to improve general health & well-being. The relaxing treatment aims to ‘kick start’ the client’s natural healing process.
